Agreed Divorce

Florida divorce, or Dissolution of Marriage, will not be determined on the basis of the fault of one or both of the parties.  All that is required in Florida to obtain a divorce is that one of the parties is a resident of Florida for at least six (6) months prior to the filing of divorce; and that the marriage is "irretrievably broken".
